Joan Rockwell-Gifford, North Suffolk Garden Club member, recently was promoted to GCA Approved Floral Design Judge. A talented floral designer and former NSGC president, Joan was presented with the judge’s pin by Libby Smith, a GCA Approved Horticulture Judge.
